Pricing questions
What are AI credits?
Credits reset on the 1st of every month. Improving a bullet uses 1 credit, a cover letter uses 3, and tailoring a whole resume to a job description uses 5.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs only an email address, and you can use it for as long as you like.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, anytime from Plan & billing. Your resumes stay in your account and you move back to the Free plan limits.
What happens to Pro templates if I downgrade?
Your content is never deleted. Resumes that use a Pro template switch to the Classic template, and you can switch back after upgrading again.
